Healthy Holidays Chall...

  • Starting Monday, November 5th!

    This 6-week program is designed to help you maintain your personal preferred balance of fitness and festivities during this crazy holiday season! You will receive the accountability, support, and guidance needed to stay motivated and stick to your exercise and nutrition goals!

    This class will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 a.m. for 6 weeks. During this time, we will also be offering free childcare!

Couch To CrossFit

  • This is our 8-week on-ramp program. The price is split into 2 monthly payments of $125.

    Our expert coaches want to help you become the best version of yourself. This process starts with learning the fundamentals of functional fitness. What better way to do that than in a group of people on the same mission as you! Over the course of 6 weeks, our coaches will teach you how to lift safely and scale back workouts appropriately. For the final 2 weeks, the main class will welcome you to join them, and your coach will be there to help you out. We will be with you for every step in your journey to a healthy lifestyle!

CrossFit Kids

  • CrossFit Kids / Teens is a training program focused on Fun and Activity. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids / Teens emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement. CrossFit Kids / Teens is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scale-able for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.

    There is no long term commitment with this program. Try it for a week, and pay monthly as you go. This is an ideal program for between seasons of other sports as well as for kids not already participating in other sports

Nutrition Coaching (in...

  • Our Nutrition Coaching starts with a 3-month commitment. The price for this initial phase is $95.00 per month. Here's what to expect during the first 3 months: an initial consultation, a personalized spreadsheet, weekly check-ins, food tracking, monthly accountability group meetings, and a follow-up consultation.

  • Upon completing the initial 3-months of our Nutrition Coaching, you may enter the "alumni phase." This program is $65.00 per month and is paid month-to-month.

Unlimited Membership

  • This membership allows you to attend unlimited group training classes for 1-month. There is no initiation fee, no maintenance fees, and no contract!
